She looks forward to what’s on her feed next.

FROM LA TO NY

She began her career working on the retail sales floor at Nordstrom in the Bay Area while attending college; realizing that working in fashion, beauty and lifestyle was the only path for her. She graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration and the only additional certification available to graduates: the Global Management Concentration along with a Minor in the History of Art, which she completed in Rome.

After graduating, Margaret joined the Retail Marketing team at Forever 21 as an intern, assisting with planning events at its 700+ stores, eventually working her way up as a Retail Marketing Coordinator before transitioning to a Sr. Social Media Coordinator, overseeing all social media efforts for the brand and authoring the 21st Street Blog. During those early years when social media strategy was just getting its footing, Margaret received invaluable insight that no institution was teaching at the time.

After 2+ years with Forever 21, Margaret joined Planet Blue, the ultimate LA It-Girl brand that jumpstarted So-Cal powerhouses like Stone Cold Fox, Flynn Skye, For Love and Lemons, Tori Praver and more. As the Social Media Director, Margaret focused on brand awareness and spreading the good f*ckin vibes that defined the PB babe.

From Planet Blue, Margaret joined the Social Media team at Guess, Inc., one of the most iconic fashion brands in the world. With a 10million+ social footprint, she led the creative social content direction and social conversations for the most important brands in their portfolio: Guess and Marciano. Honing in on the quintessential Guess Girl, the content she produced reached hundreds of millions social impressions every month.

Margaret currently works as a Content Producer at Cartier in New York.
